My stay at The Phase Boutique Hotel was a mixed bag. The location was great, close to the DDP and MRT, and the staff were super responsive to my messages. However, I had a tough time sleeping due to mosquitoes and an uncomfortable mattress situation. Overall, it was decent, but some improvements are definitely needed.
